The Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) is a leading local youth organization in Cambodia, firmly established in the field of civic and peace education and youth empowerment. Since its inception in 1992 and formal registration in 1998, YRDP has grown into a vital player with significant impact at the grass roots level as well as on the regional and national policy stage, advocating for youth’s interests. YRDP is to empower youth to become committed and active citizens with a better quality of life through taking concrete initiative and motivating others for promoting sustainable peace, justice, and democratic society.

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Develop monthly and yearly activity plan, budget plan, budget projection and monitor Implementation and expense of the project activities closely
  • Review the training curriculum on environment and climate change
  • Work with relevant national and regional networks/partnerships to provide space for youth
  • Organize youth forums, trainings, exposure trips to impact communities, youth exchange and tree planting campaign, 4Rs (Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, Refuse) campaign, radio programs etc
  • Write quarterly, six months and annual report of the project
  • Cooperate with M&E staff to monitor and evaluate implementation of the project activities
  • Join activities of other programs of YRDP when needed
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Environment/Climate change, Natural Resource Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of environment/climate change
  • Proven experience in coordinating networks and/or mobilizing youth for positive social change
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Be able to travel to provinces
  • Excellent communication both Khmer and English
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data base, Design, and Photoshop)
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit and high motivation to work with youth
  • Understand and agree with the philosophy and vision of YRDP
  • Cambodian national
